Memento started after I watched yet another organizer try to round up photos from 80 guests — by SMS, by WhatsApp, by Messenger, all at once. And after friends asked me how to capture a birthday or a wedding without the budget for a professional photographer.

So I thought about it properly. And I built Memento.

The result: a digital disposable camera, hosted in Europe, with no app, no ads, no AI peeking over your guests' shoulders — and a fun new way to bring home the memories from the days you don't want to lose.

What people ask us.

How do guests access the camera?
They scan a QR code — printed on the table or shared in a group chat — with their phone's camera. No app, no account.
Are the photos private?
Yes. Only the organizer sees the full gallery. Guests don't see each other's photos.
How many photos can each guest take?
The default is 17 per guest — enough to capture the moments, not enough to scatter. Configurable from 1 to 100 on higher tiers.
Where are my photos stored?
In France, at a European operator (OVHcloud). Nothing leaves the EU. Memento is built GDPR-first.
How much does it cost?
Each event is a one-time payment — no subscription. Essential at 29 €, Memories at 49 €, Heritage at 99 €. All prices include VAT.
